About Clothes Cycle
Clothes Cycle is the UK’s largest curated thrift market, bringing together 100+ vintage sellers and 2,500 – 4,000 shoppers per event. We’re building a fast-growing community around circular fashion, culture, and experience-led retail, and are now looking to take our content to the next level.
The Role
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our content and social media, with a strong creative eye and a clear understanding of what works online.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for shaping how Clothes Cycle shows up across platforms, creating content that reflects the energy of our events and drives real growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative direction and content

Lead the creative direction of Clothes Cycle across social platforms

Plan and produce content for TikTok and Instagram

Ensure all content feels consistent, elevated, and on-brand

Capture content at live events and translate this into engaging social content
Social media growth

Grow our TikTok and Instagram organically

Manage and maintain our Facebook presence

Build and execute a clear and consistent content plan
Strategy and performance

Track and analyse content performance
-
Understand trends, patterns, and audience behaviour

Use insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Brand presence

Comfortable being on camera, interviewing traders and customers

Help shape the tone and personality of the brand online
Events

Attend Clothes Cycle events across the UK

Lead content capture on the ground
-
Help with event logistics when needed – including set up and take down
Who we're looking for
-
London-based and able to travel for events
-
Strong creative instinct and visual eye
-
Experience managing or growing social media accounts, particularly TikTok and Instagram
-
Confident, proactive, and able to take ownership

Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
-
Interest in fashion, vintage, or culture-led brands is a plus
-
Photography and Videography skills are essential
